1. Harlem Tavern
Large TVs for sports viewing, heated outdoor seating available

Harlem Tavern's food is legitimately good, making it the perfect compromise for the half of a couple who can't stand sports. Park beneath one of the game's many screens and then have a few beers in the beer garden to celebrate your team's victory (or, alternatively, to drown your sorrows after their defeat). An order of chicken and waffles or crispy fish tacos will help ease your hangover the morning after the game.

2. The Edge Harlem
Rooftop bar with Manhattan views

101 Edgecombe Ave, New York, NY 10030, USA 1/10 PEOPLE ARE SAYING: Carmelita Tourville I recently visited The Edge in Harlem, a cozy restaurant just steps from the subway station. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, with soft lighting, comfortable seating and soothing music, created a relaxing atmosphere. I tried their Jamaican-inspired sorrel drink, which had a unique blend of spices and herbs, perfectly balanced with sweetness. The coconut fish burger, served with crispy fried sweet plantains and a fresh salad, was a delicious blend of flavors and textures. The Jerk chicken wings were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of spice. Overall, my experience at The Edge was fantastic and I recommend it to anyone in Harlem looking for a great meal. Brandon Mixon Great atmosphere with a welcoming atmosphere. The food is excellent. I tried the salmon burger with bananas and it was a perfect combination. I can't wait to go back, even if it means driving from upstate.

4. Corner Social
Kid-friendly with a fun atmosphere

Corner Social opened in 2012 and is located on busy Lenox Avenue. The restaurant and bar quickly became one of the most popular places to eat and drink in Harlem. Corner Social offers contemporary American cuisine, warm hospitality and exceptional service. The menu features delicious dishes that showcase the establishment's connection to Harlem's local history and modern tastes. All of the cocktails served at Corner Social are based on different aspects of Harlem culture, which the company is proud to be a part of. We recommend the delicious Steak & Eggs with Black Angus steak, fried eggs, oven-roasted Portobello mushrooms and balsamic-marinated onion. Don't forget to try the baked chicken and bacon Waffle Friend topped with Cholula honey cheese sauce. Location: 321 Malcolm X Blvd, New York, NY 10027 Phone: 212-510-8552
