I recently returned from a trip to Paris and had the opportunity to try a variety of almond croissants. Out of all the ones I tasted, the standout was from a small bakery run by Ayako-san. Her almond croissants are truly exceptional and I can't stop thinking about how delicious they were.
Ayako-san's baking skills are top-notch, as evidenced by the incredible taste and texture of her almond croissants. The outside was perfectly flaky, while the inside was soft and filled with a generous amount of sweet and nutty almond filling. I would highly recommend seeking out her pastries if you're ever in Paris. They are not to be missed.
