I was holding a small dog toy and was questioned by the woman if I planned to purchase it, and was told to leave it on the counter until I was ready. However, she did not ask white women, who were carrying multiple items in their hands and wearing fake designer bags, to do the same. It is worth noting that I was carrying a transparent bag as a visitor to the store.
On a positive note, my daughter and I had a great experience at the store. The customer service was exceptional and we received styling advice from Justin, which resulted in me purchasing a new fit and earrings. We will definitely return every time we visit the town.
