Voted best pizza in San Antonio, kid-friendly

When it comes to pizza, many people might think it's a simple dish of bread, cheese, sauce, and toppings. However, the Brooklyn coal brick-oven style pizza is regarded as something special. Its unique taste and texture set it apart from other types of pizza. Unfortunately, one issue that often arises with this style is that the dough can be overly tough and difficult to chew, which can detract from the overall enjoyment of the pizza.
On the other hand, some people might find the Brooklyn coal brick-oven style pizza unremarkable. They might note that the crust is too soft, and there isn't enough tomato sauce. Additionally, they might mention that the service is poor, which can negatively impact their overall dining experience. While there are certainly fans of this style of pizza, it's clear that there are also those who are less impressed.
