9. Wicked Butcher Dallas
In-house dry aging process, Customizable cuts, Exclusive wine list

Wicked Butcher, located in downtown Dallas, is a highly acclaimed steakhouse known for its modern and artistic approach to traditional steakhouse fare, earning the title of reader's choice best steakhouse by FW Magazine and FW Weekly. The restaurant is famous for expanding its dry-aging tradition, a process that adds depth of flavor and tenderness to their steaks.
One particular dish featured a steak with a thick, well-browned crust surrounding a bright red center. However, the high fat content of the cut became more apparent as the meal went on, leading to some regret over the choice of lobster butter as a sauce. A lighter sauce option, such as chimichurri, would have been a better choice for those looking to reduce calorie intake.
