Completed in 2017, this luxury building boasts 34 units and was developed by Synapsed Development Group and Taurus Holdings. Designed by renowned architect Chris Benedict, known for creating energy efficient buildings at no additional cost to developers, Perch consumes 80 percent less energy than similar buildings. With its heavily insulated walls and triple-pane windows, residents can save money on air conditioning and heating costs. Each unit, ranging from 520 to 900 square feet, is equipped with Energy Star certified appliances. The building also offers amenities such as a virtual doorman, exercise room, resident lounge, bike storage, and parking. This place is truly a hidden gem! From the delicious and unique cocktails to the exceptional scallops (unfortunately not pictured because we devoured them so quickly), everything here is top-notch. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, making it the perfect spot for a great night out. Our waiter Derrick was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. We can't wait to come back for another unforgettable evening at Perch!
