In a separate instance, I used Uber to pick up an order from Little Caesars. The staff member had trouble pronouncing my name, leading to some confusion about which order was mine. Despite this small hiccup, I was ultimately able to receive my order. The store's customer service could benefit from clearer communication and more attention to detail when fulfilling orders.
