She introduced me to their facility and the various services they offer, which include facials, peels, and Microderm infusions, among others. The membership package costs $70 per month and provides access to these services at a fraction of the cost compared to other places. I was impressed by the modern facility and the value for money that it offers.

However, I had a previous experience at the downtown LA Massage Envy location that was not satisfactory. Three weeks ago, I received a massage there while on a business trip. While the service was good and the staff was friendly, I developed athlete's foot on my side and back a week later. I suspect that it may have been contracted at the facility, and I reached out to them about it. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from them yet, which is disappointing. I cannot recommend this location due to this unsanitary incident.
