Even when a customer showed up close to closing time, the employee on duty went above and beyond by letting them in to make a purchase.

In this instance, the customer needed a pair of goggles, and the employee stopped cashing out the register to assist. This level of customer service is not often seen and speaks to the commitment of the staff to ensure each customer has a great experience. The store not only offers a wide selection of products but also employs staff who are dedicated to providing excellent service, even if it means going the extra mile.

Unpleasant encounter at an Oakland sports venue where an employee rudely demanded that we relocate our bags, even after we complied promptly. The employee continued to harass us when more seating became available, which tainted the early morning visit on Feb 15, 2019. The unwarranted animosity directed at a customer without cause by a staff member, who cited a lack of greeting as justification, painted a negative picture of the establishment. Such behavior is unacceptable, and this experience does not warrant a recommendation.
