At Wa Lung Kitchen, my usual go-to is broccoli with white rice. However, today I decided to switch things up and went for sesame tofu with broccoli and brown rice. Let me tell you, it was a delightful surprise. The flavors were on point, but I must admit they could have been more generous with the broccoli portion, and perhaps lightened up a bit on the tofu.
