While the sushi flavors may lean towards the moderate side, the overall dining experience is still top-notch, providing a perfect setting to unwind and savor delicious bites. However, the absence of a gluten-free menu might pose a challenge for some diners, limiting the options available.
On the flip side, the decor at Miyako Sushi Bar leaves much to be desired, with dark, damp interiors and tattered upholstery on the chairs, creating a less-than-ideal setting. During a recent visit on a Saturday afternoon, the lack of patrons and sushi chefs present, coupled with empty showcases at the sushi bar, painted a rather desolate picture. Navigating through the dimly lit Chinese restaurant section only added to the underwhelming experience, ultimately leading to a sense of unease and prompting a swift departure without placing an order.
