I protested, but he added it anyway. Despite informing the staff about my allergy to sour cream, they tried to scrape it off with a spoon. I insisted that they remake the dish, which they reluctantly did, but not before arguing with me. They even tried to serve the new dish in the same container as the old one, which still had traces of sour cream. I had to remind them to change their gloves before handling my food, as they were still covered in sour cream. As a kitchen worker for CPS and a manager's license holder, I can confidently say that the cook's behavior was unacceptable and unhygienic. Therefore, I have decided not to return to this establishment, despite their delicious food.
