2. Timothy O'Toole's Pub Chicago
Three-level bar with rooftop deck

The establishment offers great food and serving, with the trio dip pretzels being a standout dish, according to customers. The Fish and Chips dish, which comes with three pieces of fish, coleslaw, and a generous serving of fried fries, is also a popular choice. The steak dip is described as hearty and large, and the drinks are said to be excellent.
However, there is some disappointment regarding the Fish and Chips. Some customers have found the fish to be dry and lacking in flavor, with a batter that is not crispy. This was described as a huge disappointment, and one customer even went so far as to say that it was the worst fish they had ever had. Despite this, the establishment's beer and bar food, such as the boneless wings, are said to be good. The fresh onion soup is also a highlight. While the Fish and Chips may not be recommended, the establishment is still worth visiting for the beer and other menu items.
