With a spacious master bedroom featuring a cozy king bed, as well as a living room equipped with a fold-out couch for the kids, our stay was both comfortable and enjoyable.

However, I must mention that the windows were in need of a good cleaning, and the furniture showed signs of wear and tear. Additionally, the mattresses were a bit old and bouncy. While the hotel may not live up to the standards of a luxurious 4-star establishment, if you can snag a good deal, it's still a decent choice.

The Prince Kitano New York is ideally located in the heart of Manhattan, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. While the rooms may have a slightly outdated style, they are meticulously clean and incredibly comfortable. If I were to return to Manhattan, this hotel would undoubtedly be my first choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I must mention how fantastic Miss Yuko, Miss Etsuko, and Fahad at the front desk were - their service was truly outstanding. The hotel itself, along with its restaurant, rooftop bar, and room service, exceeded all expectations. Its prime location on Park Ave added to the overall appeal. I want to express my gratitude for making our Christmas an absolutely magical experience.
