Stephan and the team were exceptional in their professionalism and warm hospitality, ensuring a smooth check-in and an overall enjoyable experience during our stay.

While it was a discounted rate, the room had some issues like a non-functioning TV and a broken toilet handle. I'm hopeful that other rooms offer better amenities and functionality.
