The coffee shop provided good service, but as regular Starbucks customers, we found the coffee to be somewhat weak. Our rental condo was situated opposite a Starbucks, which ultimately led us to patronize that establishment for our coffee needs. The drive-through service is adequate, although it can be challenging to navigate into the driveway when the line of vehicles grows lengthy.
The coffee shop's service was acceptable, but accessing the driveway for the drive-through can be difficult if there is a long line of cars. As frequent Starbucks customers, we noticed that the coffee was not as strong as we were accustomed to. My boyfriend and I enjoy getting coffee at various Dutch Bros locations. However, there is a consistent issue where customers have to repeat their orders multiple times before reaching the window. The staff is friendly, but they often forget the orders.
Previously, Dutch Bros locations closed at 9 pm, but recently, the closing time has changed to 7 pm, which was supposed to be temporary. However, it appears to be becoming a permanent change. This change is disappointing for customers who get off work later in the evening, as they no longer have the option to get coffee from Dutch Bros after 7 pm. Alternatives like Dutch Bros do not compare to the unique experience and atmosphere of the coffee chain.

The individual visited a local business with their mother, who unfortunately had an unfortunate accident resulting in her drink being spilled in the parking lot. The barista displayed exceptional kindness and understanding by creating a new drink for the mother and even leaving a thoughtful note to lift her spirits. The customer was very grateful for this act of kindness as it greatly improved their mother's day.
During the same visit, the individual also made a unique coffee order that didn't require any cream, and the barista accurately understood their preference. As a bonus, the barista gave them cash back. The customer was extremely satisfied with the exceptional service.
