The Allen Hotel is a delightful surprise, with immaculate cleanliness throughout. Genesis, the epitome of hospitality, displayed exceptional courtesy and efficiency, going above and beyond to ensure our vacation was flawless. Her dedication and professionalism make her deserving of a managerial role. The true highlight, however, is the exceptional staff. The general manager and assistant general manager display genuine warmth and kindness. Although the room was more than satisfactory, the surrounding neighborhood did not captivate my personal preference.
