The breakfast room was dusty and had not been cleaned for years, with shelves covered in dust. Despite this, the room was spacious and offered a good variety of breakfast choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding a positive aspect to the dining experience.
However, there was one notable drawback to the breakfast room - the lack of double glazed windows. This meant that noise from the nearby freeway was able to enter the room, potentially disturbing guests during their meal. Unfortunately, this design flaw made for a less than ideal environment and may have negatively impacted the overall experience of the breakfast service.

Although the rooms are a bit outdated, my family and I still enjoyed our one-night stay. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but it is apparent that an update is needed. Despite the need for modernization, the room rate of $125 ($140 with taxes) provided good value for the quality of the accommodation.

The location of the resort and the friendliness of the staff were notable highlights, as was the stunning scenery. However, there were some issues with the room, including a high resort fee and difficulties with parking. Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as expected, with dirty and sticky carpeting. Additionally, the shower produced only scalding hot water, making it uncomfortable to use.
Despite these issues, there were many positive aspects of the resort. The balcony offered beautiful views, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. The hotel in question was notable for providing a poor customer experience to the individual in question, who was cycling across the USA from South Carolina and had already stayed in over 45 different accommodations on their journey. The hotel they encountered stood out as the worst of the bunch. The individual had booked a room online for around $58, which was slightly cheaper than other options available. However, upon arriving at the hotel at 15:00, they were left waiting outside for 45 minutes before anyone showed up to the office.
Once the hotel employee arrived, they informed the individual that the room they had booked online was not available. Instead, they were given a different room. The individual found the room to be dirty, with stained towels and an air conditioning system that barely functioned. They would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as it provided the worst hotel experience the individual had encountered during their entire journey.
