They worked with the manager, who personally handled the fitting, and were the first customer to order anything MTM in the store. The author had the final fitting in December 2023 and found issues with the fit of the front of the coat at the buttons. They also requested suspender buttons, which the store personnel noted. However, when the author returned on January 12, 2024, they discovered that the break in the trousers had been done incorrectly and the coat sleeves had not been altered at all. The store personnel thought the author was there for the initial fitting, causing further confusion. The author had to make another 80-mile round trip and wait an additional week for the store to correct the alterations. The entire experience has been unsatisfactory for the author.
