17. Starbucks

I recently tried an iced venti matcha green tea latte with soy milk at Starbucks and it tasted like it was made with dish soap instead of matcha. It was so terrible that I couldn't even finish it and ended up leaving it in my car.
On December 24th, 2021, my group visited the Starbucks inside the Ralphs market to order three cups of Vanilla Frappuccino, but the only staff member on duty (a female employee) ended up making the wrong drinks for us.
