The customer service, provided by Sean, was exceptional, with a great ability to adjust frames for an accurate fit. Despite the potential inconvenience, the staff treated the author with kindness and respect.
The author purchased four pairs of glasses for their daughter and themselves, taking advantage of a 2:1 special during the holiday season. Unfortunately, both pairs of glasses purchased for the author had issues. SEE Eyewear went above and beyond to resolve the problems, replacing lenses twice in each pair and conducting a re-examination to discover a wrong prescription. They created two new pairs of lenses without hesitation.
