I tried the nitro cold brew and while it didn't have the texture I personally prefer, the flavor was excellent. The espresso shot, on the other hand, was perfect. It was smooth, without a burnt taste, with a great temperature and a velvety texture. It's clear that it takes a lot of skill to make it this good. They also have a delicious homemade pineapple and vanilla syrup. The only reason I give it 4/5 stars is because the seating area is quite small and even with few people, it is difficult to relax. It's not really a sit-and-relax cafe, which is a shame considering its cool interior. I would recommend taking your coffee to go or, if you have it there, opting for something like an espresso. Christine Melvin I'm normally skeptical of places that refer to espresso as "spro", but this coffee shop is lovely and serves delicious espresso. The baristas were friendly and seemed to have a great relationship with the regulars. I also loved the unexpected touch of a homemade palate cleanser!
