Under the guidance of Jerome and Ivor at Buttrick Projects Architecture+Design, I undertook a significant renovation of my 1930's English Tutor home. The primary goal was to enhance functionality while preserving its historic charm. This involved a complete overhaul, including a new kitchen, three bathrooms, and an ADU in the backyard. The entire process was seamless, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations, thanks to BPA & D's exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.

Stage the Bay initially impressed me, but my satisfaction waned when Kat overstepped boundaries with a client. Despite this misstep, Kat's charming demeanor, professionalism, and keen eye for design were noteworthy. Her assistance was invaluable, although I was initially doubtful of the staging procedures.

Impressed by Studio M's swift, professional, and stylish staging of three client homes, I am eager to rehire them for my next listing. Working closely with Caitlin & Morgan has been a pleasure - what started as a backup option has now become a regular collaboration. Their keen eye for design, dedication to detail, and flawless execution have won me over completely.

Beware of this architect who exudes self-confidence yet falls short in delivering results. Despite working on numerous projects, the performance may not meet expectations. My experience with Design Draw Build involved a kitchen/bath remodel, which left much to be desired. Alternatively, collaborating on a tenant improvement project in Oakland’s Rock Paper Scissors Collective location was a refreshing and successful experience after months of contractor search.
