I have been taking classes at this studio through ClassPass and have been impressed with the positive and friendly environment. The staff, particularly Mike, are helpful and create a welcoming atmosphere. I always look forward to attending classes and interacting with the staff members. The community at the studio is one of the many reasons I have enjoyed working out there.

My second class was a "transformative stretching and trauma release session" with the instructor Lana. I had the pleasure of attending with my sister and cousin, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This class was more focused on healing and community-building, with an emphasis on women supporting each other. The stretches and exercises we engaged in were deeply restorative and left us feeling rejuvenated and connected. We have already booked another session for the following month.
