The afternoon tea at the venue started off on a positive note with delicious tea and scones. However, the tea sandwiches and desserts were not all successful. Some standouts included the curry chicken salad and chocolate mousse cups, while the smoked king trumpet mushroom sandwich was less impressive. In addition to the tea, the price of admission to the museum is included, making it a nice addition to a relaxing day at the Getty Villa. However, the tea may not be worth the cost on its own.
