22. Electric Hotel
This converted River North warehouse looks like a German underground dance club. The name of the location at 222 W. Ontario St. pays homage to its previous version, as the headquarters of an electrical supply company. Today you'll find a mix of eye-catching neon installations, disco balls, video screens, exposed brick and a symphony of crystalline rhythms. The Electric Hotel may occasionally host an afternoon dance-lunch party. 08
