Authentic Italian cuisine in a homey setting
Pizza dough consistency and fresh ingredients are two things that matter most to me when I have pizza (and why I've never been a big fan of dollar slices). It had the perfect amount of crunchy on the outside, but the inside was still airy and didn't taste dry. The spicy sausage on top of the Calabrese pie along with the fresh mozzarella and basil didn't stand a chance. I ate the entire cake by myself and didn't regret it or feel the need to share it with ANYONE. You can seriously ask my husband why there was no sharing during this dining experience.
