On the other hand, Parker and Sons also provided excellent service when a pipe burst in the upstairs of a home, resulting in a rainstorm in the living room. Dave from Parker and Sons responded promptly and was friendly and reassuring, making the homeowner feel calmer in a stressful situation. Dave repaired the damage successfully, and the homeowner was grateful for the reliable and efficient service.

Rooter Ranger provided excellent customer service during our bathroom renovation project. The initial plumber, Barney, was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He quickly identified the issue, which was a cracked and breaking down main water pipe from the 1940s, and responded promptly so we could complete the renovation as soon as possible. Our project supervisor, Gabe, was also excellent. He explained everything clearly and was very responsive throughout the project, taking our calls and answering any questions we had.
However, our experience with Rooter Ranger was not consistently positive. Another time, we had a simple clog in our kitchen sink and three different plumbers from the company came out to fix it. They quoted us a price of $1400.00, which we did not accept. Instead, we contacted our home warranty company and ended up paying only $85.00 and 30 minutes of our time to get the sink unclogged. We were not satisfied with Rooter Ranger's service in this instance, and we feel that they overcharged us for a simple fix. Overall, while we had a good experience with some of the company's plumbers, we were disappointed with their high quote for a simple clog.
