To make matters worse, when the individual called to follow up, they were disconnected instead of having their call transferred. The individual expressed concern about potential billing issues, as they believed the pharmacy may be charging Medicare for these extra days. They strongly stated their intention not to recommend the business to others.
However, the individual did have a positive experience with the pharmacy's manager, who was helpful and attempted to resolve an issue caused by another medical supply provider.
