A delightful afternoon was spent at the Munson-Williams-Proctor Museum of Art in Utica. Upon arrival, the staff provided a warm welcome and helpful overview of the museum. Visitors can explore the museum, although the attached house was under renovation during our visit. A standout exhibit was a wooden structure accompanied by images of a tenement hallway, which offered a unique perspective. The main hall showcased a Jackson Pollock painting, creating a serene atmosphere, further enhanced by the view of a Franz Klein painting on the second floor. The museum boasts an impressive collection of modern art, as well as other notable paintings and collections, including moving pieces depicting the four stages of a man's life.
