This establishment offers a great atmosphere for conducting business, and the cost is reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Upon arrival, it took 30 minutes for anyone to greet us, which was quite disappointing.
The staff member who eventually assisted us seemed disinterested and more focused on their own meal of microwaved mac and cheese than on providing quality service. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. As a result, we will not be returning or recommending this establishment to others. It's a shame because the setting and price are quite nice.
