Regrettably, this particular establishment in Westchester County falls short, with inattentive staff members and a tall, distracted worker who remained engrossed in a phone call during my visit. To illustrate, despite arriving at 9:04am, I was not acknowledged until 9:12am, only after other customers began to arrive.
