I was informed that my mother had entered into a one-month contract for care, which was set to expire today. However, I was recently told that the contract has been extended for an additional eight days. The physical therapist who has been providing care has been less than satisfactory. Despite being aware that the patient has congestive heart failure and has a history of fainting after extended periods of walking, the therapist has instructed the patient to continue with the exercises. This level of care and disregard for the patient's wellbeing is unacceptable.
The staff at the revival facility has been found to be insufficient, untrained, and unreliable. During the recovery period after surgery, there was a lack of physical therapy available as scheduled. Additionally, the daycare staff was untrained and struggled to perform simple tasks such as plugging in electronics. They also appeared to have limited English proficiency and complained frequently. Overall, the experience has been negative and I would not choose to use their services again.
