4. McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks
Located in a historic building with beautiful views of the city

The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a particular standout being the seafood dishes. The service was attentive and helped create a great atmosphere, making it an ideal location for a special night out. On a different occasion, while out in the rain, the individual stopped by a Marks & Spencer (M&S) location near the Ritz Carlton for a meal. The food at M&S was consistently tasty and reliable. The server was especially accommodating, willing to make substitutions to suit dietary preferences.
Despite the early hour of 5:30pm, the individual was seated at the only dark table in the dining room, where the candle had burnt out. Additionally, the restaurant was lacking in wine options from Italy and France. Despite these minor issues, the meal was still a positive experience.

6. Kelly's Seafood
Fresh seafood flown in daily, Lively raw bar

Seafood restaurants are popular for their fresh and well-prepared dishes, along with friendly service and reasonable prices, providing customers with good value. However, some customers have reported dissatisfaction with the quality of certain seafood items, such as oysters and flounder, while others have enjoyed their dining experiences.
One such seafood restaurant, Kelly's, has been in business for over two decades and is a place where I have been eating for 25 to 30 years. However, in my opinion, the restaurant has been on a steady decline. While the menu has undergone some updates to keep up with the times, these changes have been minimal.

8. Chart House
Spectacular views, happy hour specials, and nautical-themed decor

—
My recent visit to the Chart House was a glorious reminder of why this restaurant has earned its reputation for excellence. Serenaded by the gentle crashing of waves and the enchanting company of Maria, our wonderful server, our evening could not have been more perfect. Regrettably, not every visitor has been so fortunate. Some have lamented over the lack of seasoning in the food and the considerable wait time for their meals. Yet, despite the occasional hiccup, the allure of the Chart House remains undiminished. With its stunning views, tantalizing food, and unmatched atmosphere, it is easy to see why this establishment has captured the hearts of many. Though there is room for improvement, the Chart House stands as a shining example of culinary prowess, and I eagerly await my next visit.
