Vampire Penguin in Sacramento has undergone a complete transformation since my last visit. The Snow Thaiger and Strawberry Snow concoctions, topped with strawberries, mochi, and jackfruit, left us underwhelmed with just two spoonfuls each – a stark contrast to our previous experiences. Sadly, this visit confirms it will be our final one. Our beloved Vampire Penguin spot in Elk Grove may have closed, but the memory lingers on, especially with this exquisite spread of iced delights from the Elk Grove location.
