The staff members were extremely helpful and took the time to explain how to use a film camera I had recently purchased. Although the camera turned out to be defective, their eagerness to assist did not waver. Instead, they offered to enroll me in their photography classes to develop a better understanding of film cameras.

Legacy Photo Lab has two locations, and I have visited both for print services. However, it was the Dallas location where I received help with my film camera. The knowledgeable staff thoroughly reviewed the camera's functions and suggested enrolling me in their photography classes, which proved to be instrumental in expanding my familiarity with film cameras. Despite the fact that my camera turned out to be faulty, the staff's dedication to helping me learn led to a positive outcome.
