When I discovered that this Japanese chain had a semi-hidden location in the neighborhood I had to check it out and of course, it did not disappoint. I'm also a big fan of other Japanese ramen houses in the city like Ippudo and Ichiran; in fact, I love them, but what's hard to swallow is the almost $20 per bowl at any of those places and Danbo wins for Real Fukuoka style ramen is around $13 per bowl.
