13. Rubio's Coastal Grill
Sustainable seafood, award-winning fish tacos, and kid-friendly options

Food seasonings can truly enhance the dining experience, and I am extremely grateful for the care and love put into cooking the meals I enjoy. The food is always fresh, adding to the taste and overall satisfaction. My travels have taken me to many places, but none have compared to the fish tacos I enjoyed in Baja. The freshness of the ingredients was unparalleled, making for an incredibly delicious meal. Even the fish seemed to have been caught just moments before.
Since then, I have tried fish tacos from various establishments, in hopes of finding something that comes close to the Baja experience. While nothing has truly compared, I have found a place that comes pretty darn close - Rubio's. Their fish tacos are warm, fresh, and delicious, making for a satisfying meal. I would highly recommend trying them, perhaps even with a cold beer to enhance the experience. While the fish tacos I had in Baja may never be replicated, the ones at Rubio's are a close second, and well worth trying.
