The sight of the chef slicing a bone-in rib eye off a rack was particularly exciting, as it suggested that the meat would be fresh and prepared with care.
Blind Butcher's menu is globally inspired New American cuisine, featuring hand-cut prime steaks, abundant seafood, and local organic produce. Every dish, whether small or large, highlights an inventive combination of flavors using natural organic ingredients.
