An impromptu dinner on a terrace overlooking the Delaware River was enjoyed by all after a long day of travel. The food served was exceptional, with generous portions. Ruby, our server, was commendable for her attentiveness, politeness, and helpfulness. The dining experience was so delightful that returning for another meal during the stay was highly considered.
Sitting by the river, dinner at the Rope and Anchor was a delightful experience. The salad consisted of fresh spinach, pecans, and fried goat cheese, while the salmon was expertly prepared. A side of truffle fries was served in a large portion and was an irresistible treat. Christina, the server, stood out for her friendliness, promptness, and attentiveness, making the dinner conversation enjoyable while providing locals' insights. She contributed to a genuinely memorable dining experience.

On the positive side, the hotel has a friendly staff and an excellent location. Despite the lack of outdoor space in the rooms, the rest of the hotel's amenities and services were satisfactory. Nevertheless, I would have appreciated the option to book a room with a balcony, as it would have added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay.
