As for the falafel truck, it was truly outstanding. The hummus, falafel, chicken, and lamb wraps were all excellent, as were the crinkle-cut fries. The pickles were so good that they could be enjoyed on their own. The staff were friendly, efficient, and accommodating, serving the food straight out of the fryer. Their extended operating hours also make them a convenient choice. I would highly recommend this food truck and look forward to visiting again.
