Their unwavering friendliness and genuine care truly elevated my experience. The professionalism combined with warmth made it feel like a home away from home, exceeding all expectations.

Ideal for a night off or a romantic escape, this hotel offers clean rooms with comfortable beds, though some areas could use better upkeep. Despite minor issues like the sink outside the bathroom and cleanliness of the shower floor, the spacious layout and strong water pressure, along with amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and large television, ensure a pleasant stay.

One of the nicest Westin hotels I have ever stayed in, the rooms are large and clean and the hallways are even larger.Beautiful gym and good restaurant on the ground floor.The hotel is located near the theater district and close to other restaurants.

The rooms themselves are wonderful, with comfortable beds, a great shower/tub combo, and several TVs.The pool and jacuzzi are located at the bottom of the building, but it is a very comfortable although humid area.Highly recommended.
