11. Badou Senegalese Cuisine in Rogers Park

One of my favorite restaurants in the city is Badou. This restaurant stands out for its extremely flavorful dishes and plentiful vegetarian options, which I appreciate very much. Recently, I had the opportunity to try some experimental dishes that the chef at Badou was preparing for a new menu. I was part of a group of friends who dined at Badou on this occasion, and we were all very impressed with the dishes that were served to us. The lamb in peanut sauce was a standout dish, with tender meat that was perfectly complemented by the rich and savory sauce. We also enjoyed the charred and spicy meat appetizer, which was well-cooked and had a nice kick of heat. Finally, the vermicelli chicken dish was a hit as well, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures.
