I recently attended a Hot Pilates class at Studio A with a very nice instructor. I have a newfound respect for Pilates instructors after this class, as the poses were challenging and required a lot of strength and flexibility. Although there was no moderation pose offered, I still rate the class a 10 out of 10 for its effectiveness in working me out.
In addition, I also tried a Hot HIIT class at the same studio with an energetic instructor who provided shout outs and motivations throughout the class. These encouragements were essential in helping me push through the challenging routine. Overall, the class was one of the more demanding HOT classes I have taken, and I appreciate the instructor's efforts in keeping me motivated throughout the session.
