"Our goal was to create a bar with a big city feel but with a cozy and comfortable space, the kind of space our customers would want to sink into for a while," Lingua tells VinePair. The extensive cocktail list gives customers many appealing reasons to stay, but also gives them the opportunity to leave what they know behind. "Our experience honed our skills to the point where we can understand what our clientele wants," Lingua explains. "At the same time, the bar industry acts as a network for the exchange of ideas, so we also want to use the menu to keep people up to date with what's happening in the country." We were thrilled to have discovered this hidden gem, as it certainly lived up to our expectations.
The bar is small and cozy, making it an ideal spot for an intimate gathering. What makes this bar stand out is the mixology lesson it offers for two. The bartenders, Ernesto and Jonah, are highly engaging and welcome conversation. We had the opportunity to meet some great people and share some good laughs. The unique experience, welcoming atmosphere, and delicious drinks make this bar a place we will definitely return to.

This tactic forces guests to focus on the things that make a craft cocktail bar worth going to: well-composed drinks, conversations with others, and enjoying each moment with their senses rather than through a filter. Of camera. The potent cocktails made behind these closed doors are absolutely delicious, but a mystery to the public. While the space opened in early February, there are no online menus and there are currently no photo leaks. The only way to experience this place is to come to Phoenix and see it for yourself.
