A few weeks ago, I visited a popular restaurant that I had heard many good things about. The lasagna was one of the dishes I was most excited to try, and it did not disappoint. The Béchamel sauce used in the lasagna gave it a rich, creamy flavor that I really enjoyed.
However, I found the other dish I ordered, the calcio e Pepe, to be a bit of a disappointment. The pasta was swimming in a cream sauce that overpowered the other flavors in the dish. While the dish was still average, it did not live up to the high expectations I had based on the delicious lasagna.
