The Infrared Hot Flow yoga class, open to all levels, was an incredible experience, especially for a first-time Hot Yoga participant. The class was challenging, but the atmosphere was free of judgment, making it a positive and accepting environment for all. The class was not only physically demanding, but also emotionally impactful, providing a well-rounded and transformative experience.
The Vinyasa Flow class, also open to all levels, was led by a fantastic instructor who encouraged students to listen to their bodies and make adjustments accordingly. The instructor's emphasis on individualized modifications allowed for a more personalized and effective practice, depending on each student's unique needs and abilities. Overall, the Vinyasa Flow class offered a supportive and empowering environment for all participants.

During the midday, I attended a Flow class for $10 and had a very positive experience. The instructor led a meditation and visualization exercise that made this session stand out as particularly special. It was a great opportunity to focus on my goals and aspirations while improving my physical fitness.
In addition, I also tried the Prenatal Yoga class with a different instructor. I have taken prenatal classes at other studios before, and I found this one to be more challenging, which I appreciated. The instructor had a very calming and peaceful presence, which added to the serene atmosphere of the class. Overall, I had a great experience in both classes, and I look forward to attending more in the future.

The person values their regular meditation practice, but incorporating Sudarshan Kriya into their routine has had a significantly positive impact on their overall well-being.

The guidance provided by the instructor was perfect, and the class temperature was just right. I was impressed by the convenience of having a parking attendant, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
I certainly plan to return to the studio for more classes. The environment was so calming and perfect for practicing hot yoga. Personally, I prefer Micki's yoga classes, but I have found that every instructor at the studio provides a high-quality and informative session. The studio prides itself on having excellent teachers who can cater to yogis of all levels and backgrounds.
