During a visit to NYC from Vancouver, I had the pleasure of attending one of my favorite House dance classes taught by Marianna. Her open-level class is a perfect blend of grooving and freestyle, making it enjoyable and approachable for dancers of all levels. At the same time, the class offers challenging aspects for those with more advanced skills, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve their House dance technique.

Though the class was a great introduction to jazz, the pace proved to be a bit too swift for first-time participants. Given the complexity and quick transitions inherent in jazz, it might be more suitable for those with prior dance experience. However, for those willing to take on the challenge, the class promises to be a rewarding and fun experience, pushing students to build their strength, agility, and creativity.
