Even though reservations were unavailable, we were able to secure a table by walking in. This restaurant was recently recognized as having the best pizza in the world by an Italian consortium, and the crust certainly lives up to the hype – it is pillowy soft with a touch of char, while the sauce and cheese are more subtle in flavor.
