My dining companion and I tried several dishes, and every piece was prepared perfectly and tasted delicious. The shishito peppers were perfectly blistered, the salmon sashimi melted in our mouths, and the gyoza had a fantastic flavor. The special of barramundi was smoky and delicious, the spicy tuna roll was crispy and light, and the tuna crudo with garlic chilli oil was an excellent choice. We also enjoyed the view of the kitchen area and appreciated the friendliness of all the staff. I can't wait to return to Kokoro.
